Devendra, it depends on which Personal Year you are in. 2s, 4s, 7s and sometimes 9s are more likely to be simply stable financially, or difficult. Personal 8 Years can go either way, depending on the amount of work you have put in in the preceding years. 8 is a Karmic number, but it is also strongly about business and financial matters. A 1 Year is often pretty exciting, and therefor one often has money at their disposal. 5 Years are similar, although with both the 3 and the 5 we typically see poor spending habits which lead to poor finances. A 6 Year will likely yield just enough to get by, beware of health care causing a dent in finances, or your home.
Overall, a Universal 4 Year (like 2011) is generally is difficult and slow, so even if finances are fine they are not likely to be flowing in in big waves, it is more of a steady income which is still a positive thing. The other positive to note is that we often are working on improving our spending habits or reigning ourselves (or partners) in. Good luck!
